What it can't do is develop the strategic clarity that makes any of it work. That judgment has to come first.
Do I get a warranty or support after delivery?
No warranty, you can opt in for monthly support that covers bug fixes and content updates - that's the deal. Fixed fee, ship the code, hand over the keys. If something's broken on delivery I'll fix it; beyond that, hire your own team or come back for a new sprint.
